Tropospheric DX reception of the Algerian TV Tessala tranmitter on ch E10 (210.25MHz) at around 650KM/400 Miles distance with strong interference from Morocco on ch M10,1MHz away on 211.25MHz at around half this distance With a wider bandwidth the signal is lost under the Moroccan cartoon, reducing the bandwidth using the D100 DXTV tuner produces a smeary weak picture.Video starts with narrow bandwidth and changes to wide at around 50 seconds in,then back to narrow and also at 1 minute 25 seconds. Audio (215.75MHz) is received via an AR5000 receiver with 30KHz FM bandwidth, the signal is amplified and then split to the TV tuner and the sound receiver.Sound quality is a bit distorted as it's quite weak and also interference from the Moroccan PAL colour subcarrier almost on the same frequency.
